Mixing System MS-C
- servo driven ceramic valve system
- small dimensions
- very maintenance friendly
- can be equipped with a nozzle shutoff system
The quality of our basic mixing system is well known in many industrial applications. Pneumatic actuated needle seat valves lead the component into the mixing chamber. The mixer and the mixing chamber are made of stainless steel. The sealing of the mixing chamber against the mixer is made either as a carbide axial face seal or a special designed radial shaft seal. All mixing chambers can be equipped with cooling or heating systems for constant temperature conditions. The modular concept of the mixing heads allows us to design the most effective mixing system for each application.
Models MK 107
The models MK 107 are suitable for a dispensing output range of 2 - 20 g/s. The mixing head can be equipped with three valves for the material, one flushing and one blowing valve.
Models MK 108/111
The models MK 108/111 are suitable for a dispensing output range of appr. 0.01 - 3 g/s. The mixing head can be equipped with two valves for the material, one flushing and one blowing valve.
The static mixing system is used for the mixing of high viscous or pasty materials. The disposable static mixer is due to the high inside pressure supported by a steel tube. A shut-off nozzle makes sure that the start-/stop point is precise and drop- free. This static mixing system can be used in a dispensing range of appr. 0,01 - 1 g/s.
The static-dynamic mixing system combines the advantage of the solvent- free disposable mixer with the advantage of the dynamic mixer. A motor powered rotating plastic mixer is located in a plastic tube. The MS - SD has less weight as a dynamic mixing head and is used for manual dispensing or as low- cost dynamic mixing system in a limited range of viscosity and mixing ratio.
