From oven doors to prothesis: Bonding with induction at Bondexpo 2010

The DC-CNC is a compact dispensing system for all purposes and various applications. Bonding, sealing and casting of polyurethanes, silicones or epoxys belong to the standard repertoire of the machine. At the Bondexpo 2010 RAMPF Dosiertechnik presents the low-pressure system with a special feature. An induction heating is integrated into the cell and accelerates the bonding process.

Dispensing cell DC-CNC with integrated mit integriertem Induktionsgenerator auf der Bondexpo

Dispensing system for all purposes and various applications RAMPF Dosiertechnik presents its compact low-pressure DC-CNC system with integrated induction device.

The compact machine design with the name DC-CNC offers the operator a very flexible processing technology for polyurethanes, silicones and epoxys at small space. No matter what, if used as stand-alone machine with manual load and unload or integrated in automated product lines, the RAMPF cell convinces with its compact design and its easy processing. It is therefore equally suitable for beginners in the low-pressure technology as well as for experienced users. The DC-CNC can be equipped with all dynamic or static RAMPF-mixing systems. The new type of graphic user interphase provides all requirements for a modern process control due to process monitoring, recipe management and integrated test cycles. Personnel do not require any elaborate training.

Indispensable for the key industries
The dispensing cell DC-CNC for sealing, bonding and casting has become indis-pensable in many industries. Starting from the automotive and transport equipment – for the application of foam gaskets, the electrical and electronics industry - for the encapsulation of sensors or circuit boards, the appliance industry - for adhesive applications such as ceramic hob and oven doors to medical technology. There, the low-pressure system is used for the casting or bonding of dialysis filters, prostheses or sterilization boxes. The special feature, an integrated induction generator, expanded the indication of the system again. This shows RAMPF Dosiertechnik during the Bondexpo 2010. Within seconds the applied adhesive of partner RAMPF Giessharze is cured by the integrated induction device.
