Latest machine technology for reliable casting processes – RAMPF Dosiertechnik present the DC-VAC vacuum casting system
At the Productronica exhibition RAMPF Dosiertechnik presented a new, innovative machine technology. The DC-VAC vacuum casting system is equipped with a serial vacuum material preparation and a dynamic MS-C mixing system. With this technology new standards will be set through the application of dynamic mixing technique in the vacuum casting process.

The DC-VAC, equipped with vacuum material preparation and MS-C dynamic mixing system as standard, is the new benchmark for novel material preparation.
The state-of-the-art ceramic synchronizing valve technology allows the MS-C to dispense highly precise quantities. The dynamic mixing under vacuum is particularly suitable for handling challenging materials. The system is designed for processing two-component casting materials with short pot-lives. A further advantage of the machine is the fact that the equipment can be fitted with the E-KDP high-precision electro-piston dispenser or precision gear wheel pumps. Piston-type dosing pumps are excellent suitable for dispensing highly filled materials, because they permit extremely gentle dosing of these substances. An optionally available triple-chamber system guarantees greater productivity. The mixing and dispensing plant can be simply integrated into the production line and the time needed for vacuum build up and dissipation run in parallel to the casting process. The DC-VAC opens up completely new dimensions in processing materials which are difficult to mix.
